2025 FALL CLEAN UP DAYS
OCTOBER 13th AND OCTOBER 20th
The City will provide free curbside collection for residential customers. Materials will be picked up on two separate days, subject to weather conditions, and may take several days to complete.
Please have all eligible materials in the street, next to your curb, no more than 24 hours prior to pick up date and follow the additional guidelines listed below.
-Keep piles away from utilities and meter pits
-Limbs must be smaller than 6” in diameter and separate from other materials (contractors you hire to cut down trees or limbs are required to haul them off)
-Old appliances (including dehumidifiers) must have Freon removed and be tagged by a certified technician indicating refrigerant has been removed
-Tires must be stacked and not on the rims
Materials must be sorted by wood/metal/plastic/etc. If they are not sorted, the city WILL NOT pick it up.
Excluded materials
Normal recyclable materials, everyday household trash, hazardous waste (motor oil, paint, car batteries, pesticides, household chemicals, vehicle parts, coolants, etc.), liquid of any kind, or construction waste, such as large amounts of wood, concrete, etc. (Contractors you hire for remodel or demolition projects are required to haul off the materials). No railroad timbers, treated lumber or anything with nails.
