Pool Charge - $6.21

Energy Cost Adjustment - based of what the system average cost we are billed the previous month

Water & electric meters are read the last three business days of the month. Rereads are done, and then we send bills out no later than the 5th of the following month via a third-party printer. Bills are due without penalty by the 20th of the month. Late fees are applied on the 21st. Disconnects for non-payment happen on the 26th of the month or the next business day.

Payment arrangements can be made in the office. We offer THREE arrangements a year. Each payment agreement allows 10 days past the 26th to bring the account to good standing. After all payment agreements have been used, there is nothing more the office staff can allow. At that point, customers must make plans to attend the council meeting BEFORE the bill is due and ask the council for an exception.

If your services are disconnected for non-payment…

A $25 reconnect fee will be applied per utility (electric and/or water) and needs to be paid with the current bill to be reconnected. If you do not reconnect your services, your account will stay active for the following three months and accrue the minimum charges until the account is closed after that. At that point, your account could be sent to collections.

Average Payment Plans are available. Please visit the office for information.

*You can NOT receive LIEAP and be enrolled in the average payment program. Our system does not calculate correctly if an account has both.
